I have known that your company is seeking for position of Accountant. And I am very pleased to apply to this position. I think that with all my experiences and abilities for few years ago, I absolutely to take part in this job.
My name is Do Thach Thao. I am 23 years old. I have graduated from the University of Economic HCM city where I have acquired a good understanding of accounting.In addition to have a cetificate level B of English and level B of computer. Beside that I got much experience from foreign company such as English language, office computer and I’m attending the training course of chief accountant and will be graduated at the end of July 2010.
When I graduated, I worked for SGN Company Limited for 2 years; at the first year, I keep position executive accountant and the two years, I was transfer to higher position with senior accountant and assistant for my company finance manager and responsible for two company (SGN Logistics & Far eat shipping). At here, my main jobs:
Ø Monitoring all of expences and revenues for each shipment, co-ordinate with head of department to analysis company’s business status.
Ø Monitoring debt and push customer effect the payment, accounts receivable, process of payment in domestic and oversea.
Ø Monitoring, compare cash account, bank account, monthly balance customer’s receivable and supplier’s payable, at the end month make report profit and loss.
Ø Prepare all docs for international payment.
Ø Have a lot of experiences in logistics field, import and export procedure for Sea and Air shipment.
Ø Monitoring of arising charges : demurrage + detention + repair + cleaning charge in HCM and in oversea.
Ø Update and follow any legal information, especially tax issues and inform to oversea principals. Send monthly reports on shipments to principals.
Ø Tax reporting, interim corporate income tax calculated quarterly and comparison of tax payment to the tax office, set up book-keeping, financial reporting.

Along with good ability of reading and writing in English as well as basic computer experiences in MS Word, MS Excel and accounting software. I believe I can get your position as well as my good experiences. Just as I am looking for opportunities to study and a lot of challenges to face with. I wish to contribute whatever I can do to devote your company. No matter make me feel difficult just as any problem have own solved way. I will have a lot of confidences in my abilities to see it throught to the end.
Being an accountant, I am very precise, calm and honest. I fully appreciate team – working and perform excellently in the team environment . Beside, I can work independently as well as work under high pressure.
